We've been running programs here for years, and honestly? The best part is watching people surprise themselves with what they can do. Whether you're 5 or 55, there's something here that'll get you moving.
Winter 2025-26 registration is open! Most programs start early December, but some of our drop-in sessions run year-round.
Pick your age group below - we've got everyone covered, from tiny athletes to experienced competitors.
Ages 5-8
Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
This one's all about having fun while learning the basics. We rotate through basketball, volleyball, and some coordination drills. Don't worry if your kid's never held a ball - that's kinda the point. They'll make friends and burn off some energy.
Ages 9-12
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Here's where things get a bit more structured. Kids pick a sport to focus on and we work on actual skills - passing, shooting, game strategy. We run internal leagues so everyone gets plenty of game time. No bench warming here.
Ages 7-12
Wednesdays, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Badminton's kinda underrated if you ask me. Great for hand-eye coordination, and kids pick it up quick. We start with grip and footwork, then move into rallies. Parents can watch from our viewing area with coffee in hand.
Ages 6-12
Full Day, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
When school's out and you need somewhere to send the kids, we've got you. Full-day camps with multiple sports, games, and activities. We provide lunch supervision (you pack it). Honestly, kids come home tired and happy - that's the goal.
Ages 13-17
Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
For teens who actually wanna compete. We run proper leagues with standings, playoffs, the whole deal. Coach Martinez runs this one - he played college ball and doesn't mess around. You'll work hard, but you'll get better fast.
Ages 14-17
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Strength, speed, agility - all that good stuff. Perfect for teens playing school sports who want an edge. We teach proper form so nobody gets hurt, and progressively build up intensity. Your school coach will notice the difference.
Ages 13-17
Fridays, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
We split practice between skills work and actual games. First hour's drills - serving, setting, spiking. Second hour's league play. Good mix if you're trying to make your school team or just like volleyball.
Ages 13-17
Saturdays, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Just wanna play? No structured drills, no coaches yelling - just pick-up games. Bring your friends, meet new people, play whatever sport you want. Supervised but chill. Way better than sitting at home gaming.
18+
Sundays & Tuesdays, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Look, we've all got jobs and responsibilities. But you gotta do something active, right? This league's competitive enough to be fun but nobody's taking it too seriously. Games are reffed, teams are balanced. Good workout, good people.

Thursdays, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
We run three divisions - beginner, intermediate, and competitive. You tell us where you fit. Thursdays are volleyball nights here and the vibe's always good. Bring your partner or come solo - we'll find you a team.

Wednesdays & Fridays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
No commitment, just show up when you can. We've got regulars who come every week and people who pop in monthly. Everyone rotates through courts, you'll play with different folks. Way cheaper than a gym membership, honestly.

Way better than another awkward icebreaker exercise. We'll set up tournaments, relay races, whatever works for your group. Gets people talking and laughing. Plus it's tax deductible as a business expense - win-win.

Semi-Private (2-4 athletes)
For athletes who are serious about their sport. Small groups working on advanced techniques with coaches who actually played at high levels. Basketball shooting mechanics, volleyball jump training, badminton footwork - we break it all down.
Elite
3x per week commitment
This isn't for casual athletes - it's intense. Combines strength training, speed work, and sport practice. Athletes need to be evaluated before joining. We've had kids go from JV to varsity, adults get scouted for leagues. Results speak for themselves.
